SAP Oracle installation error ERROR connect to DB via DBSL

When installing a SAP 4.6C and Oracle you get error below in installation log:

Symptom:
Error: DBDBSLTESTCONNECT_NT_ORA InternalInstallationDo 2 781
ERROR connect to DB via DBSL.
Solutions:
- See logfile dev_dbsl
- Check that the oracle listener is running
- lsnrctl stat
- lsnrctl stop
- lsnrctl start
- tnsping $ORACLE_SID
- Check if the environment variables
- LIBPATH for AIX,
SHLIB_PATH for HP
or LD_LIBRARY_PATH for other OS is set.
- Check existance of dbsl shared library in @SAPMOUNTEXE@
dboraslib.o for AIX
dboraslib.sl for HP
dboraslib.so for other OS.
- check environment variable
dbms_type: ora
DIR_LIBRARY: @SAPMOUNTEXE@

Error: DBDBSLTESTCONNECT_NT_ORA InstallationDo 2 781
Phase failed.
Error: Main {} 2 781
Installation aborted.

What happened: You have performed 2 SAP and Oracle installation. Upon installation of 2nd Oracle database in same server it uses same default port 1527. The 2nd database listener cannot operate in the same port 1527.

Solution: Change the port of 2nd Oracle installation in same server. Change the port value entry in the files below:

TNSNAMES.ORA
LISTENER.ORA

Restart Oracle service and oracle listener.

[Oracle instalaltion drive]:\oracle\SID\ora92\network\admin
